I help women unravel the emotional patterns that keep them stuck in love—even when the relationship looks “healthy” on the surface.

I’m a certified NLP practitioner, EFT practitioner, hypnotherapist, and cyclical living coach.
But more than that, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel deeply, love sincerely, and still wonder why I couldn’t stay soft in the moments that mattered most.

I created this work because I needed it.
Because I got tired of abandoning myself in love.
Of performing connection. Of over-functioning. Of second-guessing my intuition.

This isn’t relationship advice.
It’s root work.
